This is my brief 55 interpretation of one of those dogs morning ride...
YORGI
Yorgi waited on the platform for the 8:15 to Tverskaya.
Others gathered round, reading papers or just snoozing.
Yorgi kept calm as the train entered the station.
Doors opened, the humans embarked and at the last split second he dashed inside.
Yorgi was happy and looking forward to arriving in Tverskaya.
Today was shawarma day!
If you have your own 55, ride the train over to Mr. Know-It-All station and check in with the station master G-man.

That's one smart dog.
what resourceful pups!
Ha.. too clever. The dogs and you. :)
I learn a lot from my dogs, but maybe I need a trip to Moscow to learn some new tricks! :D
Shawarma?
I thought that was a Middle-Eastern sandwich..
Excellent 55 Lulda Dear.
Strange but Excellent...:-)
Thanks for visiting, thanks for playing, and have a Kick Ass Week-End...G
I thought it rather clever that Yorgi knew which day to go find a nice shawarma. It's not like he could make his own.
cool. I love dog stories, reminds me of all the books I read growing up. There's a poetry idea....ok! gotta go!
Thanks for visiting my site.
Love the idea of Yorgi looking forward to a good snack.
Schwarma day. Love it!

How they/we adapt! That was a great read.

Undercover transit police?
Apparently many people in Moscow eat Shawarma and the article I read said that the dogs wait for pieces to fall out. :)
I also love dog stories, this one was good, i just wish it would have been longer. Thank you for shareing.
