When visiting my brother-in-law a few weeks ago, I checked out my favorite birdhouse and noticed this lovely nest inside.
To my surprise there was another resident who took up squatters rights within this wooden house.
I was so happy that they were not at home!

Looks like the house is in need of a spring cleaning, were the birds foreclosed on and the hornets squatters that the sheriff ran out of town?
Aw, that looks a bit dangerous; do you think they were just out and will return or was the hive deserted completely?;)
Get rid of the wasp nest NOW!!!
I'm betting the birds were just as happy the squatters weren't around too. Then again, maybe that's a food source for them, who knows?

Ack.. wasp nests give me the creeps. It does look like an old one though.
