Flash Fiction Friday 55 - "The Light"

Laura couldn't forsee the new bond forming between her best friend and ex-husband.
Why did she encourage this union?

Celia enjoyed her outings with Ben and was only being a confidant. Full of encouragement and understanding, as she herself was going through a divorce.

Ben longed for companionship and Celia was his beckon of light.

If you have your own 55 ...go and follow the light to Mr. Know-It-All and enlighten the G-Man.
Share your story with other weary travelers.

I'm afraid that I might resort to violence in such a situation!

I've imagined this happening and as much as I still care about my ex-husband and of course care about my close friends, I still would not want to see him being in a couple with any of them. Too weird!
